Cosworth is an automotive engineering company founded in London in 1958, specialising in engines for automobile racing (motorsport). It supplies a wide range of motorsport series, including the World Rally Championship, World Superbikes and, as of 2010, a return to Formula One. Cosworth is based in Northampton, England, with a North American facility in Torrance, California.
