Craig Bellamy

Craig Douglas Bellamy (born 13 July 1979) is a Welsh footballer who plays for Manchester City and the Welsh national team as a striker. He has previously played for a number of sides in England as well as a spell in Scotland since making his debut for Norwich City in 1997. He is captain of the Welsh national side. During his career he has been well known for his exceptional pace and skill which has seen him win the Scottish Cup and Community Shield. He has been criticised for his behaviour off the pitch but in contrast Bellamy has accumalated thousands of pounds for charity and has also established a football academy in Sierra Leone.
